Moore Ireland CSR - Ukraine Moore Ireland was invited in 2017 to participate in a project to provide support to the Ukrainian National Association of Savings and Credit Unions (“UNASCU”) as part of a Credit for Agriculture Producers project, in conjunction with the ILCUF, World Council of Credit Unions and the United States Agency for International Development (“USAID”). The development of the UNASCU internal audit system was considered crucial to ensure the prudential and sustainable activity of the credit unions in Ukraine and we were asked to help. In November 2017, two Moore Ireland consultants, experienced in the delivery of internal audit in the Irish economy, travelled for a two week period to Kyiv, Ukraine. The consultants spent a significant level of time with the UNASCU staff in a coaching capacity, to aid in the delivery of internal audit services supported by UNASCU to credit unions in Ukraine.
