John Morrison motors limited acquired by Boland’s BMW

Moore are delighted to have worked with Gary Morrison and his team on their recent acquisition by Bolands BMW, trading as MMM Limited.

Morrison Motors recently celebrated 40 years in business and has traded as a BMW dealer for 33 years.

The Moore team was led by Brian Kearney (transaction advisory support), Patricia Twohig (tax) with support from Will Kennedy (financial due diligence).
