Chancerygate is a leading urban property company, specializing in creating high-quality, sustainable real estate. The company specialises in developing warehousing and industrial spaces, offering both tenants and investors optimal returns through sound investment and risk management.

The Dublin based multi-let industrial and urban logistics portfolio totalling 342,000 sq ft marks Chancerygate’s first investment acquisition in Ireland.

Following this latest deal, Chancerygate, which has an office in Dublin, now manages more than £700m (€798m) of investment assets in the UK and Europe. The company’s investment portfolio comprises more than 500 units totalling around 4m sq ft of commercial space.
