Moore are delighted to have worked with Anthony O’ Leary, Diarmuid Nolan and the O'Leary Insurances Ltd team on the recent acquisition by Brown & Brown Inc. of the general insurance business of the O’ Leary Insurance Group which has now been completed. The Moore team was led Kearney (transaction advisory support) and James Hughes (tax) with support from Aidan Ryan (financial), Deirdre O'Sullivan (financial), Evelyn Breen (tax) and the audit and assurance department which supported the areas of financial and tax due diligence on the project.
