David Martin

David is a Director in the Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Division of Moore Ireland.

David qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1995, was admitted as an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute in Secretaries and as a Fellow in 2003.

David has over 30 years experience in working in some of Dublin’s largest Law and Accountancy practices and specialises in advising our clients in all aspects of Company Law and Corporate Compliance matters.
