Iwona Dabrowska

Iwona is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 8 years’ post-qualification experience in the financial sector. She has been working as an Audit Manager since early 2024 and is a dedicated member of the firm’s audit department.

In her role, Iwona is responsible for overseeing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and delivering high quality audit services to diverse range of clients. She also plays a key role in training and mentoring junior staff, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting tight deadlines.

Her client portfolio includes business across a variety of sectors including metal recycling, hospitality and leisure, agricultural and the pharmaceutical industry. While her experience spans several areas of finance, her core focus and passion lie in audit and ensuring that clients not only meet their compliance obligations but also benefit from improved financial reporting and internal controls.
