John is Partner for Transaction Advisory Services in Moore encompassing Corporate Finance and Corporate Restructuring. He joined the firm in 2013. Prior to joining us, John worked in Big 4 and Top 10 firms on corporate finance and corporate recovery assignments.John has over 25 year’s experience in Corporate finance, taking a lead role advising clients on work including the buying, selling and valuing of businesses and companies, public to private transactions, MBO’s, MBI’s, financial due diligence, financial modelling and corporate recovery and restructuring advice.John is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. John has worked on transactions with a number of the leading legal firms in the UK and Ireland.
