Colin is a Director within the Tax Advisory practice of the firm. He is an AITI Chartered Tax Consultant (CTA) and holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick. Colin has experience in Big 4 tax teams and market leading boutique tax solution firms. Colin is principally engaged in the provision of tax consultancy and compliance advice across all tax heads to a large diverse portfolio of international and domestic corporate clients and high net worth individuals. Colin specialises in servicing domestic and international enterprises on cross-border structuring and providing tax efficient solutions for their particular requirements. Colin has over 10 years’ experience in providing tax advisory services across a range of taxes including Corporation Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty, Transfer Pricing and employment taxes to SMEs and MNCs. This includes extensive experience as tax lead on due diligence, deal advisory, M&A and real estate engagements.
