The high-profile shopping centre, spanning 160,000 sq ft, was successfully acquired by the O'Leary family for €21.5M from Chandos Investments.
The transaction was brokered by Peter O’Flynn MD of Cushman and Wakefield. This represents another high-profile commercial property transaction for the Moore Transaction Advisory Team. We wish the O’Leary Family all future success in the management and development of this iconic property.
