With over 240 professionals, we are now one of the largest accounting firms in Ireland, offering enhanced expertise and a broader range of services. This merger marks a significant milestone in our growth and expansion journey. Supported by Waterland Private Equity, we are excited to leverage our combined strengths and sector knowledge to better serve our clients.
This merger is part of an ambitious growth and expansion programme for Moore Ireland, as we continue to broaden our range of services and enhance our expertise in sectors and service lines such as Media, Not-for-Profit, Cyber Security, and ESG. The new firm will welcome five partners from DHKN, including Stephen Crowley and Mark Gibbs, who will take senior leadership roles, and newly appointed partners Brian Fallon, Robert Lohan, and Maurice O’Shea.
Our partnership with DHKN positions Moore to offer a compelling value proposition in Dublin, Cork, Galway, and Belfast, supported by Moore Kingston Smith in London. This merger repositions our overall presence, profile, and standing in the mid-market segment of the Irish economy. Together, we are excited to merge our strengths, solutions, and sector knowledge to bolster our offering to clients and the many ways we support them.
