Padraig is responsible for the delivery of specialist VAT advice to our clients. He provides practical VAT advice on a wide range of EU VAT issues, VAT compliance, Revenue VAT audit and the VAT implications of property transactions. Padraig advises employers on the tax, social insurance and employment law consequences of sending expat employees to work in Ireland. He works with employers to develop attractive compensation and benefits packages for employees with a view to minimising the cost of sending an employee to work in Ireland. As part of this service he oversees the operation of our specialist Payroll Bureau. Prior to joining Moore, Padraig worked for over 20 years with the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
