Hatched by Moore is our new two year programme designed to support technology start-ups throughout the rapid growth phase. We understand the pressures both in time and resources that early stage businesses face whilst scaling up, which is why we’ve designed our service to alleviate the common growing pains around accounting, compliance and reporting.

Who is it for?
Hatched by Moore is available for early-stage technology businesses that have the capacity, ambition and motivation to grow.
 To be eligible for Hatched by Moore, your business must be:
 
  • a digital, software or technology company;
  • registered and based in the Ireland;
  • ambitious for growth.

  • bi-annual drop in clinics with your Hatched adviser;
  • ongoing support and assistance with management accounting functions;
  • outsourced accounting and payroll services;
  • preparation and submission of VAT returns;
  • the preparation and submission of year-end accounts;
  • the preparation and submission of annual corporation tax return.
Bespoke services 
 
  • SURE and EII applications;
  • R&D tax and grant applications;
  • employee share schemes and remuneration;
  • fundraising support;
  • intellectual property management;
  • and additional, bespoke services available on request.
How much does it cost?
Our core services are available to you for just €250 + VAT per month.
As your business grows, we can provide bespoke, bolt-on services that fit your needs. We will work hard to provide you and your business with the tools to grow your business effectively, and will take care of the compliance burdens that may be holding your business back.

Additionally, we will offer a 50% discount to our normal charge out rates for any bespoke services provided to Hatched clients.
